Identity verification

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the email address used at registration before fulfilling deletion or access requests, to protect your account from fraudulent requests. We will never ask for additional sensitive identifiers (passport, social security number, biometrics).

Right to lodge a complaint

EU: your national supervisory authority (for Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
California: California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov.
China: the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC).
India: Data Protection Board of India once notified, after exhausting our grievance process at team@vibecodedtools.com.
